Assistive Technology Fund (ATF)
Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
The ATF subsidises assistive technology — such as wheelchairs, hearing aids and devices supporting early intervention, education, employment, therapy or daily independence — for Singapore Citizens and PRs with a permanent disability (physical disability needing help with at least 1 of 6 activities of daily living, moderate-or-worse visual or hearing impairment, intellectual disability or autism). Since January 2026 the income eligibility threshold is a monthly per-capita household income of $4,800 or less (households with no income are assessed on Annual Value of $21,000 or less), up from the previous $2,600 threshold. Subsidies cover up to 90% of the device cost, capped at $40,000 over a person's lifetime.
