CDAC-SFCCA Bursary

Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

CDAC and the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations jointly fund this yearly bursary for full-time primary and secondary students, including those in the Integrated Programme (Years 1-4). Primary-level recipients get $300 a year and secondary/IP students get $480 a year. Students do not need to be enrolled in CDAC tuition to qualify. Since 2023 there are no paper forms — the bursary is disbursed straight to the student's own PayNow-linked bank account.
