Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.

U-Save is the utilities-rebate arm of the GST Voucher scheme. Each quarter, eligible HDB households get a rebate applied directly to their SP Group utilities account, with smaller flat types receiving larger rebates. No sign-up is required, and it is disbursed alongside the S&CC Rebate. For FY2026, the rebate is temporarily raised to 1.5 times the regular amount to help households cope with the 2026 carbon tax increase.
