Step-Up CPF Housing Grant (Families)
Anyone who asks for your OTP or Singpass password, or asks you to pay before you can get government support, is a scammer.
The Step-Up CPF Housing Grant gives $15,000 to second-timer married couples or families — who have used one housing subsidy before — currently living in a 2-room or 3-room flat (bought from HDB or on the resale market) or in an HDB public rental flat, to help them move up to a 2-room Flexi or 3-room flat (new or resale). Average gross monthly household income must not exceed $7,000, and at least one applicant must have been continuously employed for the 12 months before applying and still be working at the time of application. If buying a resale flat, its remaining lease must be more than 20 years and long enough to cover the youngest applicant to age 95. The grant is credited to the CPF Ordinary Accounts of eligible household members.
